Restaurant Manager

*Johnny's Italian Steakhouse in East Peoria, IL is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager.
* The ideal Restaurant Manager will possess a high level of energy with confidence and edge.
This person will be a well-maintained, active individual with the physical ability to handle a busy work environment on a continual basis.
The successful candidate will have similar industry experience in high volume, full service, quality oriented restaurants.
Prior work experience in an entrepreneurial environment with direct managerial responsibility in a restaurant producing gross sales in excess of $3 million is essential.
This person will have held various positions of increasing responsibility and have successfully managed comparable numbers of seats, sales volume and staff.
A keen understanding of the local marketplace and the competitors within is essential along with a willingness to focus on the details of executing previously successful or newly created marketing campaigns.
This Restaurant Manager will be thoughtful in his/her use of the brand and market the restaurant in a way that is consistent with the brand.
This individual will have hands-on experience in this area and will have specific examples of how he/she improved a previous situation.
A successful Restaurant Manager will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple layers of people between staff, management, support center, guests and the community at large.
Lastly, the ideal candidate for this position will be well versed in the operation with the ability to look at the restaurant through a microscopic lens while managing global progress.
We are seeking a manager that has the ability to avoid and solve problems as they arise.
