*Position Summary*: Our *Dock Supervisor* will be part of a growing team that is focused on driving the long-term growth of our business.
You will work closely with fellow team members and interface directly with customers and drivers to ensure timely delivery according to contract requirements.
_*This position REQUIRES a minimum of a CDL CLASS B.

*Compensation:* $23.
34 + $5.
33 Hourly
*Schedule:* Monday – Saturday | 2AM – 7AM – _*Will be required to work Holidays*_
*Guaranteed 30 hours weekly – may be more depending on any routes needing coverage that might run past the 7AM end time.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Assisting our drivers on docks with loading and unloading their trailers.
* Verifying with our drivers that they are checking in on time with their loads.
* In the event of call offs or no shows, running those loads to ensure that timely delivery is still met.
* Provides assistance with morning dispatching when needed.
* Conducting hands-on training for our drivers when necessary.
* May perform road testing with newly onboarded drivers.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Class B CDL (required) with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
* Possesses professional written and verbal communication skills, specifically through phone and email.
* Ability to follow instructions and provide timely output to assigned tasks.
* Proficient use of time management skills while multitasking.
