*Customer Experience Manager* *Lighthouse Collision Center* Lighthouse is looking for an individual who exudes a servant heart, has a good work ethic with outstanding people skills, and has a high attention to detail.
*Summary* Assist the estimator and body shop manager.
Duties would include leading customers through the process of getting their vehicle repaired after an accident.
Act as the liaison between the customer, insurance company and parts vendors to ensure the repair process goes smoothly and is completed correctly.
*Essential Duties * * Give Customers a Great Greeting * Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
* Answer phone & schedule repair estimates and appointments.
* Creating files & organizing documents.
* Overseeing Body Shop accounts receivable schedule * Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress * Assist Estimator with office duties * Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up * Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers * Handle minor customer concerns and complaints * Keep Body Shop Manager informed of all problems and potential problems * Cashier Customers * Handle Logistics of vehicle transfers and towing * Answer phone with energetic attitude * Write and close repair orders * Ensure the front office area has everything stocked and is clean.
(Beverages, coffee, paper, etc.
) * Give Customers a Fantastic Farewell * Other tasks as assigned.
*Growth Potential* · This position has access to training for the role of Estimator within the Lighthouse Collision Center CM.
· There is advancement potential into that role.
*Qualifications* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

*Education and/or Experience* * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Valid Driver’s License required.
* Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
*Language Skills* * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and insurance estimates.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
*Physical Demands* * The majority of the work is in an office setting using phone and computer.
* Occasional travel, vehicle inspection, and exposure to shop environment.
