*Rewarding Responsibilities of the Activity Director:* * Develop Activity calendars * Develop and implement psychosocial groups * Develop and implement behavior programs * Complete Activity Assessment and Elopement Assessment * Orientate and supervise volunteers * Schedule outside activities * Participate in Care Plan Meetings *Activity Director Qualifications:* * Within the preceding 5 years, has at least 2 years of experience working in a social or recreational program, 1 year of which was as a full-time employee in a resident activities program in a health care setting.
