The "Can Manager" is pivotal in leading the café to success.
This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and creating a customer-centric environment.
The Can Manager is responsible for ensuring the Coffee Can’s high standards are met and maintained daily.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Operational Management: Oversee all day-to-day activities, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure high quality and consistency in café services.

Team Leadership: Manage and train barista staff, promote a positive work ethic, and lead by example.

Customer Engagement: Educate customers about the menu, personalize recommendations, and ensure exceptional service.
Managerial Duties: Set a proactive, positive tone for the team.
Manage gaming and liquor sales expansion.
Simplify menu and processes for better quality and speed.
Conduct hiring, training, and education for staff on company policies.
Effective communication and schedule management.
Handle cash management and maintain financial security protocols.
Implement a disciplined approach to team accountability.
Ensure a clean, presentable store environment.
Shift-Specific Duties: Prioritize customer interaction and service excellence.
Efficiently manage tasks between customer engagements.
Maintain operational standards throughout the shift, ensuring quality control.
Report maintenance needs and comply with health and safety regulations.
Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Compensation and Opportunities: Competitive salary up to $40,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with potential for profit sharing and ownership after one year of successful managerial performance.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Owner/Chief Operating Officer, Ron Gulley.
Oversees Barista staff.
Start Date: Negotiable, with preference for an early start to facilitate comprehensive training.
