Section I: General Information Job Title: Warehouse Manager Date Approved: June 2, 2023 Department: Direct Sales Approved By: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Full Time President Donald Robinson Reports To: Warehousing & Distribution Director Department Dave Trump Subordinates: Casket Delivery Drivers Human Resources Chelsea Stevens Section II: Position Summary This position will manage all aspects of the warehouse including supervising and ensuring that expected quality and customer satisfaction goals are accomplished while preparing and delivering burial caskets to Funeral Homes within Wilbert Funeral Services’ Casket Division territory.
Section III: Duties and Responsibilities • Consider safety first and comply with DOT & PPE requirements.
• Ensures that all caskets are properly inspected and prepared before shipment.
• Responsible for general personal appearance, upkeep of all uniforms, equipment, facilities, and delivery vehicles.
• Monitor driver ‘Hours of Service’ (HOS) and ensure drivers stay compliance with all DOT requirements.
• Set delivery schedule using dispatch program, route on-time deliveries.
• When needed deliver caskets to customers with great service and respect.
• Unload & receive casket replenishment inventory trucks/trailers from the Lynn, IN manufacturing facility.
• Responsible for ensuring required notices, postings, training, enrollments, etc.
are completed, in a timely manner for all facility and employee partners located at the warehouse, as assigned by the Human Resources Department.

Technology: Basic computer and mobile phone knowledge and Microsoft Office including but not limited to, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Section V: Education & Certificates and/or Experience • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card • Must complete company driver qualification file • Experience in the funeral services industry is a plus Section VI: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements The working conditions and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
