Lodge Director

The Pekin Moose Lodge (916) is looking to fill our position of Moose Lodge Director.
This position is estimated at 20 to 25 hours per week.
Salary ranging between $17-$20 based upon experience.
The ideal candidate will need to have great communication skills, above average customer service and supervisory skills.
The main objective of this position is to oversee and promote the growth of business of the lodge and its members.
The ideal candidate will also need to obtain the appropriate licenses to perform the duties of the position.

1) Manages Kitchen/Bartender Staff a) Supervise b) Schedule c) Hire/Fire/Disciplinary d) Emergency shift coverage (would be at normal hourly bartender rate because they will be making tips) 2) Banquet Rooms a) Sales b) Scheduling c) Event Packets d) Work with volunteers 3) Lodge Bar a) Making sure staff is doing their job duties b) Any issues/concerns that staff have that happens inside social quarters c) Safety/Licensing 4) Social Quarters Meals/Menu 5) Order/Inventory (for bar, banquet rooms, and social quarter events) a) Weekly Ordering b) Weekly Inventory c) Budgeting 6) Social Quarters Activities a) Schedule entertainment b) Work with Administrator and committees to schedule events 7) Communication a) Work directly with Administrator i) Invoices ii) Monthly event needs iii) Staff issues and concerns iv) Report all to Administrator to be represented at board meetings Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.
