Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Be hands-on in food prep, order making and serving customers
- Monitor food quality ensuring adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
