Assistant Manager

Restaurant Manager - Front of the House Full Time - Minimum of $18/hr - Benefits The Assistant Restaurant Manager is one of a team of managers overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service and a great guest experience.
This position is a part of a team that will be expected to be able to perform the responsibilities of each other non-management restaurant positions and perform all opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
The AM must be available to help solve & troubleshoot any problems that come up during a shift.
Position Expectations: * Obtain and maintain current food handlers and BASSET/IL liquor license * *Previous full-service restaurant experience is REQUIRED* * Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers * Excellent customer service & communication skills * A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Most importantly, this job requires a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
