*JOB DESCRIPTION*
Shift Mangers ensure the best possible experience for all guests and the smooth daily operations of the movie theater.
Shift Managers are “a friendly face” at their theater location and are recognized and trusted by guests.
They have the responsibility to operate the theater (opening and closing duties as assigned) in the absence of the Theater General Manager and provide extra management support when the theater is its busiest.
Shift Managers exemplify our company philosophies and foundations, including our GREATS value system and report directly to the Theater General Manager.

*PART TIME POSITION.
APROXIMATELY 16-24 HOURS/WEEK DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING*
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
-Train on all aspects of the Theater Operation to develop a broad understanding of all roles in the theater
-Learn all systems related to delivering our services including our Point of Sale System (RTS), our projection equipment (Barco Projectors, Dolby Servers, Comscore TMS) and develop basic problem solving skills related to the technology and mechanics housed in the theater
-Oversee deposits and money handling initiatives during assigned shifts
-Train, and develop our Crew Members in partnership with the Theater General Manager
-Provide oversight of the operation, cleanliness, and performance of the theater
-Support the all Managers in all facets of the daily administration of the theater including conducting inventories, ordering, directing cast members, etc.
-Ensure company policies and cleanliness standards are upheld during assigned shifts.
-Communicate and advocate clearly and directly with your Theater General Manager to ensure your theater gets the support needed to continuously improve
-Other tasks, as assigned
