Head Kitchen Cook / Manager

```Duties``` - Prepare and cook food in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen - Help with meal preparation and ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection - Use various cooking techniques and equipment, including knives and other kitchen tools - Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards - Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials - Assist with catering events as needed ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Culinary training or certification is a plus As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing delicious meals for our customers.
