We are looking for a motivated fun loving high energy *SHIFT MANAGER/SERVER *who has what it takes to succeed in a busy restaurant.
Our *SHIFT MANAGER/SERVER *is detailed oriented and attentive to details.
The ideal candidate must have full table service restaurant shift supervisory/server experience to be considered as well as a detailed resume illustrating all past management positions.

*Shift Leader Responsibilities:*
* Supervising employees, assigning duties, and delegating tasks.
* Waiting tables with a sales and educating approach
* Ensuring proper opening, closing, and other checklists are completed.
* Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently and safely.
* Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to upper management.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
* Coaching team members and training new staff.
* Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake and preparing cash deposits.
* Handling call offs and looking to fill positions at short-of-notice
* Makes sure the restaurant is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility
* Handling customer issues and reporting employee disputes to HR.
* Reports directly to the Brienzo's HR Manager and has clear and concise communication in escalating anything necessary or business-related immediately and without hesitation
* Holding all employees accountable to the Brienzo's Wood Fired Pizza policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
* Assist in inventory counts for food, supplies, and alcohol as instructed
* Cultivates a fun, professional, and rewarding experience for all employees
* Obtains the knowledge to successfully open and close the restaurant and manages all the employees in doing so using the checklists readily available as a resource
*Shift Leader Requirements:*
* High school diploma/GED.
* Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail.
* Experience in the restaurant industry, serving, bartending, and customer-facing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Confident problem-solver.
* Team player.
