Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team.
As the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet customer preferences
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide outstanding service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in POS systems and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
