Front Desk Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt and courteous assistance to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies with room reservations or billing
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of guest service standards
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hotel management practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other front desk equipment
- Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.

, property management systems)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
