POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Sales provides profitable growth via client development activities for both new and existing clients across all divisions of Pointcore, Inc.
While there is a primary emphasis on the technology services division, this leader has responsibility to accelerate growth across supply chain services, healthcare technology management (HTM), Pointcore Graphic Solutions (PGS), and in support of POINTCORE Construction’s growth objectives.
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for the vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the company’s growth plans and centered on the prospect identification, a lead nurturing program, business analysis, solutions identification, and opportunity closure and contracting on behalf of Pointcore.
This Vice President supports the identification, recruitment, and development of sales talent and is responsible for their immersion and maturation within the company to meet the growth objectives of the company and to ensure satisfaction and loyalty of Pointcore’s clients.
This Vice President supports the development of new services based on market demands and client opportunities, while ensuring effective planning and implementation to achieve more effective and cost beneficial operations of Pointcore and the delivery of value to the company’s clients.
The goal of this position is to add value, competitively distinguish and accelerate the transformation of Pointcore, its clients and strategic partners.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
7 years of technology experience in a healthcare environment; 5 years of leadership experience; Working knowledge healthcare operations and operational regulations

Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Working knowledge of strategic planning in a multi-system healthcare environment, financial analysis, and budgeting, with demonstrable understanding of current Federal and State rules and regulations governing health care.
Advanced managerial knowledge in order to oversee planning and implementation of services industry, and to prepare related reports, analyses, policies, and budgets.
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to provide effective leadership, maintain a variety of internal and external contacts, and work cooperatively with executives and staff including the ability to integrate the activities of physicians, medical center departments, and hospital executives.
Understanding of healthcare delivery and management and operational regulations.
