34 - $87.
90/hour.
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Ministry Director of Facilities Administration and Planning is responsible for oversight of OSF HealthCare System's engineering and environmental services for all Ministry buildings and campuses.
The Director also oversees Ministry wide organizational functions and initiatives to include enterprise contracting, master planning & condition assessments, construction administration, as-built documentation, decommissioning, internal projects, and data analytics.
The Ministry Director of Facilities Administration and Planning is a key member of the capital project delivery group for OSF and a primary liaison for OSF's construction corporation.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or other related field.
Experience:
Ten (10) years of professional/management experience and three (3) of which is in healthcare facility management.
Licensure/ Certification:
Fed Controlled Sub License, State Controlled Sub License, Physician License
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Financial planning experience to develop and manage operational and capital budgets.
Knowledge and understanding of building and healthcare codes, as adopted by the various jurisdictions and regulatory agencies, with the ability to research, interpret and apply to projects.
Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma or other similar performance improvement systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead work groups or project teams through the design, development and implementation of changes in organizational structure and work processes.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining approved schedules and good working relationship with OSF clients.
