Head Bartender/Manager

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests.

Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately - Food handling certification is required We offer competitive pay based on experience, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
