Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the Service department.
Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Create pricing guidelines for customer categories that simultaneously generates profit and creates customer loyalty Monitor and adjust inventory Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise stock order procedures Create and enforce a policy for special orders Monthly analysis to maintain profit Work closely with service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Provide technical assistance when necessary Create and monitor reporting such as lost sales, sales productivity, etc.
Direct outside parts and counter sales efforts Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Enforce safety requirements Maintain professional appearance.
Qualifications: At least 2 years experience in service management Automotive technical knowledge Ability to manage others Computer literate Good communication skills
