15 - $59.
82/hour.
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of the Physician Leadership Academy is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and evaluation of the programs and structure of the Physician Leadership Academy.
This includes the Physician and APP onboarding program, annual meetings and seminars, Physician and APP-specific leadership development sessions (including supporting Leadership Development Institutes), and future learning and development focused on building the leadership skills of this workforce segment.
In addition, the leader of the Physician Leadership Academy will be accountable for supporting the identification of high potentials and the development of physician leader competencies in alignment with the Ministry's succession planning and development strategies.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelors in Organizational Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
Experience:
2 years experience working in complex health system.
2 years successful experience working with executives, physicians, and/or leaders.
Experience producing and measuring outcomes of learning content against overall objectives.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and teams through effective change at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated project planning and management experience and can execute against plans to gain results.
Demonstrated self-motivation, ability to work independently, and ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
