Lead Building Groundskeeper

```Duties``` - Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns using hand tools or power equipment.
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from gardens and walkways.
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of outdoor events or activities.
ASSIST WITH SNOW REMOVAL ```Experience``` - Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power equipment used in landscaping.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
