Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Team Lead) to join our US production recruiting team.
Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar.
In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world.
We touch nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to distribution.
PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement and the design and manufacture of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids and Filters).
In the role of a Talent Acquisition Partner Team Lead, you will help to support multiple facilities maintain their staffing What You’ll Do: Provide direct recruiting execution for multiple facilities, supporting the demand and needs of growth and changing work schedules Execute sourcing strategies to recruit top talent and build robust pipelines Serve as a Team Lead for a business vertical by aligning across facilities on best practices, escalations, data reporting and stakeholder collaboration to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled Serve the team by providing mentorship, leadership and development for peers and team members Manage marketing strategies and sourcing efforts for multiple facilities Travel to facility hiring events as needed Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or another HR-related function What Top Candidates Will Have: Extensive experience recruiting hourly employees in a high-volume environment across multiple geos.
Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or manufacturing strongly preferred Ability to establish and maintain business relationships and partnerships with both local and remote business partners Knowledge of workforce issues and trends with the ability to turn data into strategy Experience promoting a work culture of excellence, inclusion and accountability Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Knowledge of workforce issues and trends with the ability to turn data into strategy Practical experience influencing stakeholders using benchmarking data, research, and market insights What You Will Get: Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
