As a Beck’s Assistant Manager, you are empowered to lead our most valuable assets: our people! This includes onboarding and training new employees and coaching Team Leads and Associates.
Our Assistant Managers help hold employees accountable to achieve Beck’s standards 100% of the time to provide the most convenient experience possible for our customers.

What You Will Do:
Provide an excellent customer experience by constantly engaging with employees, vendors, and customers.
Assist with back-office paperwork
Promote teamwork and a positive, high-performing culture
Assist with ordering and utilizing Build-To guides
Support training and development of store associates
Cross-train in kitchen operations
Assist in scheduling
