We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
Experience: Five+ years audit experience in public accounting
Skills: The following are the key skills we are seeking:
Prior manager experience on audit engagements
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and audit staff
Coaching and mentoring audit staff
Ability to articulate complex financial information to a variety of clients
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Provide strategic business advice and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Licensed CPA
Specialization in one or more industries
Proficiency in using accounting/audit software applications and Microsoft Office
Proficiency with remote communication technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.
)
Occasional travel to client sites
