As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be assigned to assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant.
Recruit, train and develop restaurant employees.
Assist in inventory control and budgeting.
Ensure that regulatory guidelines of the food services industry are being followed by all employees.
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
