50 per hour.
Manage concession operations in absence of Food Services Manager.
Supervise subordinate staff; including training and directing.
Assist in scheduling and evaluating as needed.
Serve as on-site observer, as needed, to maintain quality control of concession operations.
Open and close registers and prepare daily paperwork.
Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Follow and support all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
