Salary range: $52,000 - $60,000 Responsible for all aspects of operations and maintenance of aquatics including: the AquaPlex, Gwynn Family Aquatic Center and Proctor Pool.
Plans, develops, implements, supervises and evaluates pool programs.
Plans, schedules and supervises the swim lesson program.
Schedules, supervises and evaluates all pool staff.
Recruits, hires and trains all aquatic staff.
Prepares periodic reports and provides accurate information for marketing materials.
Performing all other duties as assigned.
