*Position Overview* The purpose of this contract is to provide staffing for the RSS warehouse and logistic support for IDPH, to include the inspection, rotation, and replacement ordering of consumable items, transportation of vaccines and equipment as necessitated by urgency of need, inspecting inventory within the RSS warehouse and within the MCM program, tracking medication metrics to include expiration dates, LOT & serial numbers, and burn rates.
Also, supervises and provides guidance and direction to other RSS warehouse staff for daily operations, special projects, and emergency operations.
*Job Responsibilities* Conducting inventory activities.
Tracking and management of inventory.
Inspection of asset integrity and expiration dates.
Supervise other RSS warehouse staff members.
Preparing and packaging outbound and inbound orders.
Delivery and recovery of products and equipment.
*Minimum Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent degree.
In lieu of education, 6 years of supply chain or logistics management experience.
*Preferred Qualifications* * Prefer thorough knowledge of MS Office productivity software, with a focus in Excel.
* Prefers 3 years' experience in inventory control and management.
* Prefers extensive knowledge of public health and medical equipment/PPE.
*Conditions of Employment* * Must hold valid driver's license with ability to travel.
