3 years or more of industrial maintenance in heat treat operations as a supervisor is a plus.
* Strong technical knowledge of heat treat, mechanical and electrical systems.
* Understand OSHA safety requirements for Industrial Maintenance Operations.
* Strict adherence to safety regulations and policies.
* Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
* Excellent planning, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Starting wage offer will be based on candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities *Desired Qualifications:* To be seriously considered for this role, the successful candidate should have the following regarding: * Will be expected to coordinate with the customer and the MMS maintenance team to allocate manpower and work hours to effectively meet the needs of our customer * Ability to work as a leader with a minimum of supervision in a team environment.
* Ability to analyze information and to make an informed decision based on that information * Ability to use and understand a maintenance CMMS system * Ability to communicate effectively with employees using verbal and written instructions * Ability to prepare written reports * Strict adherence to safety regulations and policies * Proficient with MS Office and other applications as needed *Responsibilities:* * Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
* Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
* Prepare maintenance reports.
* Manage maintenance supervisors and industrial maintenance technicians.
* Participate in the coordination of projects with the customer and other MMS work groups * Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
* Maintaining all materials and tools used on the job or special projects.
* Maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction * Cover open maintenance technician shifts.
*Physical Demands and Working Conditions:* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision.
The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud.
In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
