Construction Industries Supply Management (CISM) manages the global supply base for the Construction Industries segment.
This team establishes, develops, and manages a best-in-class global aftermarket and production supply network, through strategic focus and collaboration with business partners and suppliers.
We currently have an exciting and impactful career opportunity for you to join CISM as a Procurement Manager .
In this role, you will partner with the Senior Director of Global Procurement to organize and guide the day-to-day activities of the global team.
What You Will Do: Lead prioritization of supply risks and action planning to mitigate them before they can occur.
Support the business as a subject matter expert on enterprise best practices as well as enterprise and locally developed digital tools that enable improvements in quality, cost, and velocity.
Own responsibility for staff meetings, ensuring appropriate agendas, cadence, and valuable topics.
What You Have: Extensive Experience in Effective Communications to strategically use a variety of effective communication tools, concepts, and techniques to share critical updates and ideas to team members, customers, and leadership.
Extensive Experience in Business Intelligence where you have demonstrated your ability to enable better business decisions by identifying, gathering, storing, and organizing critical information.
Extensive Experience with Purchasing Tasks and Activities to provide subject matter level expertise to the leadership team.
Extensive Experience Negotiating where you have demonstrated the ability to successfully use a variety of negotiation concepts and techniques through complex situations.
Top candidates will also have: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, supply chain management or a related field.
