General Manager Car Wash
This position will manage the overall operations of the business, including, but not limited to the following: budgets, scheduling, car wash quality, strong leadership, sales and mechanical/maintenance background are a must for this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Protect the profitability growth of the business and protect the Company as a whole.
Ensure that all Company policies are maintained, current and up to date.
Spend time in the unit each day, training your team and encouraging growth.
Lead weekly meeting with your team.
The meeting will include a review of weekly issues and such as scheduled events, service changes, maintenance issues, staff issues,promotions and similar topics.
Communicate daily with your team, in person, via social media or via phone.
Accurately track and handle invoices for payment.
Record invoices, cost in the Management App.
Responsible for daily/weekly deposits.
Ensure that the work schedule is properly made and appropriate for the projected sales.
Keep your team on task with clear, written measurable goals.
Work with each Leader to identify and develop Team Members for future consideration as Leaders.
Communication and direct leadership is High Priority.
Handle all Member/Guest-related complaints, issues, and ensure top-notch in all operations through all the site.
