We are currently seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our technical department in Bloomington, Illinois.
This role involves managing and directing the technical department, planning and executing company strategies, and ensuring customer service requirements are met.

Responsibilities
Manage and direct the technical department to meet customer service requirements
Plan and execute the company’s strategy for the future development of the department
Implement programs and training to align Technicians with the goals of the department
Supervise, schedule, assess, train, and coach Technicians
Ensure all technical equipment is in order
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Valid Turf Management and General Standards applicators license, or willingness to obtain one
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
3-4 years in a management position in a related industry preferred
Previous experience in lawn care considered an asset, but not required
