Job Description: Job Primary Duties (but not limited to): Reuse & Salvage Data Analytics Development & Deployment to the business (Cat and Dealers).
Manage development & deployment of all Team's Power BI Projects and support (External Vendor).
Develop training materials and manage all communications with the Global PSOR's, M&OS and the dealers.
Lead Component Reuse Tracking Project to help develop data analytics of component reuse by model, by dealer globally.
Conduct Dealers Turbo Balancer Training (Globally) Provide SIS Authoring NPI Support for the team.
Develop R&S Guidelines to support teams overall goals improving product coverage.
Conduct Scrap Barrel Analysis (SBA) at Dealers Branches.
Key Projects Change Management Support - Communications with the PSOR, M&OS and the Dealers.
Special Projects Leadership depending on business and team's need.
Required Skills and Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of job-related experience, typically in e-Business, digital products, digital marketing, business intelligence, data analysis or similar.
Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Basic knowledge of current digital capabilities and technologies to access information, Be innovative, solve problems efficiently, communicate, participate, learn, and support others in the digital spaces.
Strong attention to detail to spot inaccuracies in coding or data.
Effective Communications: Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation skills.
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with Cat SME's, Cat dealers contacts and the peers.
Top Candidates will also have: Four-year bachelor's degree preferably in information systems, engineering, computer science, or related field.
Self-starter and driven while working well in team environment.
Strong knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, developing business tools, Data Analytics and Reporting tools Project Management Experience Turbo Balancer Training or other engine component dealer training experiences for the cat dealers Comfortable presenting and teaching technicians and other service department personnel Working Knowledge of SIS Authoring Systems & Tools (Arbortex, PTC) SIS2.

SBA Experience at a Cat dealer - either led or part of one.
Knowledge of Caterpillar Dealer systems, dealer business and processes Create innovative solutions to solve business problems.
The ability to demonstrate digital capabilities and basic product support experience.
Additional Info : This position will require up to 25% of working time travel (both international and domestic travel).
This position is in Peoria, IL (Building LC) Reuse and Salvage (DSO, GSD) team works out of Building LC Relocation assistance is available.
