Role Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to oversee the successful delivery of real solutions to the core challenges of our clients.
Rheo has built a team of highly competent and professional engineers and craftsmen to support our project manager throughout this process.
Your job will be to work with our sales team to understand our client's process, and then apply our core competencies to improve the safety and efficiency of these processes using our Single Use products.
Working with our internal design team and our client, you will manage the entire project lifecycle to deliver a solution that meets the design criteria, project budget, and project timeline.
Objectives:
Technical:
- Support client discussions to understand their process safety needs, challenges, and priorities
- Work with Design Team resources to develop the project design concepts
- Collaborate with clients and conduct design review meetings to determine best fitting conceptual design solution
- Research new technologies, industry processes, and relevant compliance regulations/guidelines
- Source components and estimate project costs for the pricing process
- Create and assemble project proposals (cost estimation and technical specifications)
- Assemble system design drawings for client approval
- Create project hand-off documents for Product Design Team
- Assemble project documentation packages
Commercial:
- Support the sales team in developing project design proposals
- Estimate and assemble project budgets
- Create project timelines
- Work with various internal resource teams to establish critical path commitments
- Collaborate with sales team and internal resources on schedules and project updates

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Software:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with an Enterprise Resource Planning software (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
- Familiarity with a Project Management software
Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience
