JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interacting with customers; including receiving orders, processing sales transactions, and managing customer issues.
Training, motivating, and recognizing team members.
Coaching, mentoring, and ensuring team member accountability.
Creating the team member lineup, managing breaks, and assisting in inventory management at the shift level.
Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
