Job Role: Oversee all station facets, from sales and freight operations to customer service and customs clearance, driving profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of station operations, including sales, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
Ensure superior customer service and efficient customs clearance processes.
Manage billing and financial transactions for the station.
Accountable for the station's profitability.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
5+ years' experience in Operation and Commercial Ocean Freight management
Willing to live in Peoria, IL.
English Speaker
