*Job Role: Administrative Assistant* *Location: Peoria, IL * *Summary:* The Administrative Assistant position involves a variety of office duties including managing *office admin activities* & *assisting branch manager*.
*Essential Functions:* • Manage the *front-desk* and *reception* areas, serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, job candidates, and vendors • Perform general *administrative* tasks, such as answering and *directing phone calls; handling emails, mailings, and deliveries*.
• Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized.
• *Order supplies, stock supply stations*, and ensure equipment is operable.
• Maintain filing system, *contacts database*, employee lists, and inventories • Provide support to staff members and departments as needed, including organization of on-site and off-site team events • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract Salary: $21.
23 - $25.
