Job Description:
The Service Manager provides direct supervision to Service Technicians and Plumbers.
The Service manager oversees scheduling, coordination of dispatching, monitoring the quality of work and general customer service and support.
Service Manager reports to the Operations Manager, and manages daily production, including process and procedure improvement activities, productivity, quality control and customer satisfaction.
Completes scheduling and assigning personnel to the customers that are available and the best fit for the jobs.
Accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules and resolving problems in real time.
Dispatching employees to jobs, monitor and manage schedule with work start, break, and stop times.
Direct communication with the customers.
Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
Development and maintenance of training programs to ensure that all personnel have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and productively.
Monitoring employee work performance related to expectations the company KPI’s as outlined.
Monitor and enforce safety policies and on-going training.
Maintaining safe vehicles and monitoring and inspecting the fleet.
Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and available for the employees.
Track who was assigned such tools and equipment.
Inspect after tools and equipment has been returned.

Job Skills:
Preferred previous experience in Plumbing and Sewer and Drain business.
Excellent customer service skills.
Computer Skills.
Use of or willing to learn Service Titan software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
