About the Role: Are you ready to take charge and lead the charge? As our Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of ensuring smooth operations, top-notch service delivery, and strategic implementation.
From resolving issues to analyzing performance metrics, you'll be the backbone of our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise service teams, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
Develop and implement service strategies to meet business objectives
Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Collaborate with relationship managers to identify opportunities for service growth and improvement
Analyze performance metrics and make data driven decisions to optimize operations
Develop and deliver training programs for personnel to enhance skills and knowledge
Establish and maintain KPIs to track and measure operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the region.
Play a pivotal role in steering overall business success in your assigned area.
Qualifications:
Preferably experienced in logistics processes such as parts and software management.
Knowledge of VGTs, RTs, ATMs, and amusement equipment is advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
Familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce is a bonus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handlers License from the Illinois Gaming Board.
