*Responsibilities:*
* Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces
* Utilize concrete mixers and pumps for pouring and spreading concrete
* Assist in concrete forming and carpentry work as needed
* Operate power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
* Ensure quality control and precision in all concrete finishing projects
* Simply show up and be willing to learn
*Skills:*
* Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques
* Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
* Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
* Familiarity with concrete mixers and pumps
* Competence in using power tools for construction projects
*Qualifications:*
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Possess a valid driver’s license
* Ability to pass a drug test
* Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions
* Experience preferred, or strong desire to learn
* Ability to work well with others
* Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
