BUILDING A CREW FOR MID-LEVEL REMODELS (Peoria areas)

Work is piling up and I really need to find the right people.
These jobs are repair/remodel of rental houses once they become vacant.
It is not a super high skilled position so I just need people with basic skills and willing to work their way up the ladder.
I plan to put several crews together and then promote from within to management positions.
This really is a good chance to get started early in this company.
ABOUT US: I have been in this industry for over 25 years and have been in business over 15 years.
I’ve had up to 25 employees and all the way down to me and a helper.
I’ve recently been offered an amazing permanent gig with a multi-billion dollar company as a choice vendor.
The work is there year round and as much as we can do.
I currently only have 3 employees (1099 contractors) and I allow for a fun work environment and flexible hours.
Start time is 9a and really most days the guys work til around 4pm.
MUST HAVES: Your own transportation Basic tools Intermediate skill level No background checks No drug tests A serious go-getter A+ work ethic SKILLS DESIRED: Painting LVP flooring install Basic plumbing Basic electrical knowledge Hammer two 2x4s together (haha) Install trim Drywall repair Clean Several small misc tasks Windows/doors or desire to learn WHAT YOU GET: Steady work Flexible hours Fun work environment Start at ground floor Maybe learn some new skills/tricks A completely open and honest company Pay is around $20/hr based on experience Weekly pay Bonuses Again, if you’re good enough to start your own business this job is not for you.

These are get in and get out jobs and I will always pay the right people what they deserve.
I get people with 25+ years of experience asking for $30/hr to start and that’s just not feasible to start.
I need to see your skills before going that high.
