CNC Machine Repair Tech

Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment - Fabricate parts and components as needed - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery - Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance - Calibrate equipment to meet specifications - Collaborate with other team members to address production needs - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Skills: - Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures - Proficiency in working with high voltage systems - Experience with hydraulics and pneumatic systems - Familiarity with logic controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) - Field service experience is a plus - Ability to operate and program CNC machines - Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and ability to perform electrical repairs and installations The Machine Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
This position requires a skilled individual who can maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of machinery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in areas such as high voltage systems, hydraulics, and logic controllers.
