*Job Description:*
The VirtuSense Deployment Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of equipment deployment, including mobile device configuration, room mapping, and quality assurance related to our clients' specific needs and infrastructure with all products.
Additional areas of responsibility include meeting deployment timelines, troubleshooting problems on-site during deployment, maintaining up to date documentation on deployment processes, and making process/product improvement suggestions.
*Key Job Deliverables:*
* Provide excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of all VirtuSense product functionality
* Travel between 10-25%onsite locations to prepare facilities for the installation of equipment within all types of healthcare facilities including patient rooms
* Use ladders and construction tools on an as needed basis.
to assist facilities in the installation of the product.
* Configure, modify, replace, test, and service VirtuSense equipment onsite and remotely
* Perform quality assurance checks on VirtuSense equipment prior to deployment
* Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues
* Deploy VirtuSense equipment in a timely manner based on project scope provided by client partnership agreements.
* Create and maintain up to date deployment guide and equipment location documents for clients
* Demonstrate consistent deployment quality
* Display deep understanding of deployment process
* Efficiently manage task queue
* Properly track all travel expenses and report such in a timely manner
* Consistently display commitment to VirtuSense Team and clients, being an example to others regarding punctuality, team collaboration, professional client engagement and deployment deadlines
* Show initiative in broadening skill set within technologies supported
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward all team members and clients
* Proactively make suggestions for solutions to recurring deployment hurdles and technology service issues
*Required Skills:*
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* An aptitude for acquiring technical skills with cutting edge technology
* Ability to enter data into online software applications
* Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Work in a fast-paced environment
* Use tools such as ladders, screwdrivers, drills, push carts
* Ability to work using PPE for extended periods of time
* Ability to squat, kneel, and stretch overhead for extended periods of time
* Work standing up for extended periods of time
* Coordinate and travel independently, sometimes on short notice
* Carry/lift/push/pull weight up to 75 lbs.

* Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills related to:
* Familiarity with different types of enterprise level network architecture (WAN, LAN, WLAN, etc.
)
* Experience with network security and firewall maintenance
