Hotel Maintenance Technician

Pay: DOE Responsibilities: - Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment - Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance - Fabricate and modify parts as needed - Boil and treat water systems - Conduct field service visits to client sites for maintenance and repairs - Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in repairs and installations - Provide technical sales support by assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions - Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance activities Skills: - Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery and equipment - Ability to fabricate and modify parts using various tools and equipment - Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments and installations - Knowledge of water treatment processes, including boiling and treatment methods - Field service experience, including on-site maintenance and repairs at client locations - Strong analytical skills to assess equipment performance data and identify areas for improvement - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities Please note that the above list of skills is not exhaustive, but rather provides an overview of the key skills required for the position of Maintenance Engineer.
