Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop and present design proposals, including 3D models and renderings
- Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- 25% travel required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in building design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Experience with interior design and space planning is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
