Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support - Create and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history - Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment - Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings - Experience supervising a team of maintenance technicians - Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking - Ability to work with high voltage systems safely - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
