We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business forward.
\*\*Job Description:\*\*
As a Sales Representative at Roman’s Roofing, you will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a key role in building relationships with new and existing clients.
Your primary focus will be on generating sales leads, conducting assessments, and closing sales for both residential or commercial roofing projects.
You will work closely with our project management team to ensure customer needs are met with the highest standards of quality and service.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through networking, door knocking, social media, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' roofing & siding needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- a quote agreements that allow the company to represent homeowners in insurance claims
- Close sales and coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events that Roman’s Roofing is a part of to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Experience is not required however we would prefer proven sales experience, ideally within the roofing or construction industry.
(We provide training!)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving personal sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area.
- No Formal education required but must be teachable and willing to learn.
