Window Remodel Installer
Mad City Windows & Baths is a reputable, well established remodeling company that is hiring remodeling installers immediately and expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest! With the growth and expansion, Mad City can pay you what you are worth - Upto $95,000 a year - because we know we couldn’t do it all without our employees.
We are searching for individuals who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience.
Our Window Installers are responsible for the quality of the finished install, as well as for answering homeowner's questions about the operation of products and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.
Our Window Installers perform pocket replacements for our customer's windows.

Qualifications:
2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
Experience with window replacement, operating a metal brake, and/or wrapping windows
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Quality of work standards
The main duties include:
Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
