*Customer Account Representative*
*Job Description:*
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our production and manufacturing company as a Customer Service/Account Representative.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
*Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities for additional product offerings.
* Manage customer accounts, including order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Collaborate closely with the production and manufacturing teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
* Provide product information, pricing details, and technical specifications to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, following up until resolution.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
* Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a production and manufacturing environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools to manage customer accounts and track interactions.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Requirements:*
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
