*Job Description:*
* Assemble wood frameworks according to specifications and blueprints provided by architects or engineers.
* Gather necessary materials, such as lumber, metal plates, and connectors, and arrange them in correct order and position to form the structure.
* Utilizing hand and power tools such as air nail guns, hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and measuring tapes daily.
* Lifting structures and frameworks daily.
* Measure and mark the lumber or metal components for cutting, using tape measures, squares, or other measuring tools.
* Perform visual inspections to check for proper alignment, dimensions, and overall quality of finished product.
* Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials safely.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to established safety procedures when operating tools and equipment.
* Work closely with other members of the construction team and communicate effectively.
* Maintain a clean and organized work space by removing debris and waste materials.
*Requirements:*
* Able to lift heavy material and work on feet daily.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Great attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and a commitment to workplace safety.
* Previous experience in roofing, construction, agriculture/farming, and/or landscaping.
* Ability to work long hours and overtime as needed.
