*Responsibilities of the Enhancement Positions: * * Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape enhancement projects according to client specifications and design plans.
* Perform a variety of tasks, including planting, mulching, sodding, pruning, and installing small hardscape elements and much more.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
* Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to coordinate tasks and provide updates as needed.
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
*Qualifications of the Enhancement Team Leads and Assistants:* *Must Have:* * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Amazing work ethic committed to making people smile daily.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in various weather conditions.
*Preferred: * * Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
* Proficiency in a wide range of landscaping techniques and practices, including plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation.
* Valid Illinois CDL Class A driver’s license * Illinois Pesticide Operator’s License or willing to acquire after hire.
